A foundational career began at Living Media India Limited as a Personnel Executive, advancing through roles at Oxford University Press, BPTP Limited, and International Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. Vikas holds a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
