Terrance Kennedy

Terrance serves as the Chief Business Genius at Smarty Pants. His role as the CFO includes leadership on all financial matters, from A/R and A/P to payroll and taxes. His days are spent running projections, doing expense reconciliations, chatting with client procurement professionals, and other mysterious things they don’t entirely understand.

Terrance also doubles as the company’s in-house legal consultant, providing guidance and managing the relationships with Smarty Pants’ attorneys. From contract negotiation to data storage compliance, to privacy issues related to research execution and participation, Terrance somehow manages it all.
