Eric Wolf is a seasoned restaurant industry professional with extensive experience in franchise operations and business development. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner for Smashburger in the Tucson Market since 2012, Eric oversees Southern Arizona Restaurant Company LLC, holding exclusive development rights for the Smashburger brand in Pima County. Previous leadership roles include President & COO at Quality Huts, where Eric led the acquisition of 200 Pizza Hut restaurants, and Sr Director of the Franchise Department at Pizza Hut, managing 25 franchise organizations with 975 restaurants. Eric's career also includes an impactful tenure at Yum! Brands and a strong foundation in business management, supported by a BA from Wilmington College and an MBA from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.

Smashburger
A chain of “fast-casual” restaurants that sell fresh hamburgers, smoothies and salads. Founder Tom Ryan, who earned a PhD in flavor and fragrance chemistry from Michigan State, previously served as chief marketing officer at McDonald’s. Half of the company’s 250 restaurants are run by franchisees. The company recently opened locations in Costa Rica, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The name ‘Smashburger’ refers to the process of pressing a ball of ground beef on a grill to form a hamburger.
