Kirby Stallings

Kirby Stallings is a Senior Project Manager at S&ME, Inc. since March 2010, specializing in the management of regulatory program projects and due diligence activities, including Phase I/II assessments and Brownfield site redevelopment. Previously, Kirby held the position of Senior Project Manager at QORE Property Sciences, Inc. from June 2002 to March 2010, and served as a Senior Project Manager at Florida Groundwater Services from 1990 to 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing fieldwork and due diligence efforts. Kirby began a career in the environmental sector with fieldwork on sites within the Florida petroleum program. Kirby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas between 1977 and 1983.
