Monilari O.

Monilari O. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technical support and IT. They started their career as an Intern at Seven Up Bottling Company in 2012, where they gained experience as an IT support/Desktop technician. They then worked as an IT Support Technician at Annie's Place Child Development Initiative from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Monilari O. joined Marine Platforms ltd as an IT Officer, responsible for managing Microsoft Office 365 emails, deploying Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, and installing and configuring computer hardware and software. They transitioned to Tek Experts in 2018 as a Cloud Support Engineer (Microsoft Azure), providing level 2 cloud infrastructure support and managing incidents and service requests. From 2019 to 2021, Monilari O. served as a Technical Support Agent at Crossover, where they used voice and written communication to assist customers and resolve support incidents. They then joined Voxloud in 2021 as a Technical Support Representative, where they acted as the first contact support for the company's software as a service application, answering calls, responding to tickets, and engaging customers via live chat. Currently, Monilari O. is working at SMG - Service Management Group as a Technical Support Agent, starting in 2022.

Monilari O. pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, which they completed from 2008 to 2013.
