Kimmy Coseteng-Flaviano

VP, South East Asia at Smile Train

Kimmy joined Smile Train in 2010 managing programs in the Philippines.  As Vice President of Southeast Asia, she currently oversees Smile Train affiliate entities in the Philippines and Indonesia and programs across the region. Kimmy led the expansion of comprehensive cleft care programs through strategic partnerships and received several local and regional awards for spearheading the country’s Speech Telehealth programs launched during the COVID-19 pandemic.  She also led the development of the first-ever Filipino Speech Language App designed for those born with a cleft.  Aside from programs, Kimmy also manages fundraising and governance functions in the Philippines and Indonesia.    

Kimmy graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the Ateneo de Manila University and completed the course requirements of the Master of Public Management at the University of the Philippines-Open University. Prior to joining Smile Train, she held regional leadership roles in corporate and government affairs in Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer, Inc.  In her corporate role, she was part of many multi-awarded public relations campaigns recognized by local and international organizations.  She continues to be an active member of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines.
