Dustin Strydom

Dustin Strydom has over 13 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Commercial Director for Smile Identity, a company that provides Africa-focused solutions for real time Digital KYC, Identity Verification, User Onboarding, Document Verification, Liveness Checks, Face Verification, Anti-fraud, Know your Business (KYB), and Identity Data Deduplication. In 2020, they were the Commercial Sales Lead for Retail, Consumer Goods and Industrial at Accenture. From 2015-2020, they held various roles at Open Box Software, including Director of Intelligent Automation, Vice President of Custom Software, and Head of Strategic Accounts. In 2012, they were a Corporate Finance at Accenture. From 2008-2012, they were a Private Equity and Corporate Finance Manager at Spirit Capital, where they provided corporate advisory services to listed and privately owned companies including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs, raising and structuring of debt and equity finance, and BEE.

Dustin Strydom attended Pretoria Boys High School from 1997 to 2001. Dustin then went on to pursue a Bcom in Accounting Sciences at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, which they completed in 2005.
