I have over 25 years of experience conducting UX projects and user research for renowned companies. A psychologist by training (specialising in Engineering Psychology & Computer Science) and an Accredited UX Professional, I am passionate about developing products and achieving the best-possible experience for the user aligned with business outcomes.

After co-founding and managing one of the first UX agencies in Germany - eye square – and growing the start-up to over 50 people, I moved to the UK in 2015. Since then, I have been working in various user research roles both as a contractor and perm; my last role was Principal UX Researcher at one of the largest global job boards. I have experience in B2B and B2C, working client-side and agency-side, and in various industries like finance, e-commerce, healthcare, government, tech.

I frequently give talks and publish. I am also mentoring.
