David Felton

David Felton has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as Manager of Software Development at Smith Micro Software, Inc., and previously holding roles of Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes positions at Lucas Systems, Leidos, and MPL Corporation, where David contributed to significant projects such as developing a Java API for BPMN workflows in healthcare and creating a RESTful API for large data sets. David also worked at Global Science & Technology, Inc. on the NOAA CLASS project, focusing on data warehousing and optimization of SQL processes. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
