Dena Portuesi has extensive experience in user experience and graphic design, having worked in various roles across different companies. Currently, Dena serves as Manager of Customer Experience at Smith Micro Software, Inc., where Dena leads a team to drive continuous customer experience improvements. Prior to this role, Dena has held positions such as User Experience Lead, Independent UX/Graphic Designer/Art Director, Senior Creative Services Specialist, Marketing Communications Specialist, Lead Graphic Designer, Real Estate Agent/Graphic Designer, and Art Director.
