Ginger Majeski

Ginger Majeski has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Ginger is currently the Global Talent Director at Smith Micro Software, and was previously with NEP Group, Inc. and The Talerico Group.

Majeski began their career in Talent Acquisition at The Talerico Group in October 2015. Ginger was quickly promoted to Director Talent Acquisition in charge of sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the company. In this role, they were responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and developing relationships with key hiring managers.

In April 2017, Majeski joined NEP Group, Inc. as their Global Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for the company globally. Ginger developed and implemented creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, and led a team of recruiters to successfully fill critical roles across the company.

In November 2019, Majeski joined Smith Micro Software as their Global Talent Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for the company globally. Ginger develops and implements creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, and leads a team of recruiters to successfully fill critical roles across the company.

Ginger Majeski graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in arts management. Ginger then went on to earn their bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
