Tim Huffmyer

Tim Huffmyer currently serves as the COO and CFO of Smith Micro Software, Inc. since June 2025, having previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Urgently from September 2021 to June 2025 and at Smith Micro Software from June 2017 to September 2021. Tim's extensive finance leadership experience includes roles such as Vice President Finance, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and Director of Finance at Black Box from May 2003 to June 2017. Additional experience includes positions as Controller at ITPI, Senior Accountant at various companies, Associate at RGP, Financial Planner at MetLife, and Auditor at Ernst & Young. Tim Huffmyer earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1996.
