A 25-year employee of Smith-Midland before retiring in 2017, Wesley Taylor served as Vice President of Administration at the company since 1989 and as a Director since 1994. He previously held the positions of Controller and Director of Personnel and Administration for Smith-Midland (VA). Prior to his career with Smith-Midland, Wesley worked in the criminal justice system as an Assistant Superintendent in a maximum-security facility. After eight years he entered the private sector, working in Human Resource Administration in both the petroleum and printing industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University.
