Amy Tognozzi has a strong background in financial management and leadership. Amy served as the Chief Financial Officer at Smith Moore, overseeing financial management, reporting, and human resources. Prior to that, they were the VP / Sr. Business Leader at MasterCard Worldwide, where they coordinated accounting and finance functions and provided leadership to the team. Amy also held various roles at Monsanto, including Finance Lead, Business Analysis. Amy gained experience in audit management at Clark Nuber and started their career as a Tax Associate at EY.
Amy Tognozzi completed their undergraduate education at San Diego State University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. In 1995, they obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
