Jeremy van Ek

Jeremy Van Ek is an experienced executive in operations and finance, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer of Association Management at Smithbucklin since February 2025. Previously, Jeremy held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the American Marketing Association from January 2017 to February 2025, encompassing responsibilities in finance, human resources, and project management, while also acting as Interim CEO for 13 months, achieving notable revenue and EBIT growth. Prior to this, Jeremy served as Chief Financial Officer at TRISECT, and held senior financial positions at Edelman, Arc Worldwide, and Frankel & Company, demonstrating extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiencies. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hope College and a Master of Arts from the University at Buffalo.
