Joann Denardis

Joann DeNardis currently serves as a Senior Manager at SmithBucklin, where responsibilities include providing oversight on operations and supporting client initiatives for growth. Additionally, Joann holds the position of Senior Operations Manager for both the HFES - Human Factors and Ergonomics Society and the SHARE Association. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Forum 400, where oversight of the Board of Directors and management of sponsorship strategies took place. Joann was also Director of Education at the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, contributing significantly to the organization’s revenue through education program development. Earlier roles at the National Automatic Merchandising Association included Director of Education/Certification and Associate Director of Human Resources/Education. Joann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Lewis University and has attended Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business.
