Douglas Geist

Douglas Geist is a Report Specialist at Smithers since March 2017, where responsibilities include composing and issuing technical reports on chemistry and eco-toxicology studies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication with study directors and sponsors. Prior experience includes an Engineering Internship at Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc. from June to September 2016, providing engineering support and assisting with Phase 1 environmental site assessments. Douglas also served as an Engineering Intern at Weston & Sampson in the summer of 2015, designing educational material on nitrogen loading and engaging with clients. Earlier work as a Customer Service Clerk at Shaw's Supermarkets from June 2010 to January 2015 focused on enhancing customer satisfaction. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2016.
