Kiera Maloney

Kiera Maloney is a seasoned governance professional currently serving as the Senior Assistant Company Secretary at Smiths Group plc since December 2022, where responsibilities include global tax reporting, subsidiary governance oversight for over 200 entities, and senior stakeholder relationship management.
