Prior to this role, Kim spent over 16 years at Interconnect Devices, Inc., holding positions such as Sector Business Manager and Business Program Manager, where collaboration with sales and engineering teams was crucial to addressing customer needs. Kim began the career as an Inside Sales Representative and Assistant Manager, ensuring effective communication and resolution of customer concerns. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
