Shane Heginbotham currently serves as the Global Supplier Development and Quality Systems Manager at Smiths Interconnect, overseeing the Quality Management System and Supplier Development for five manufacturing plants worldwide. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions at Halliburton, including QA/QC Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing quality activities, resolving manufacturing and supplier process quality issues, ensuring compliance with API Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and applying Lean Manufacturing concepts. Shane's experience also includes leadership in supplier quality teams, development of Quality Management Systems, and roles in quality assurance for multiple service lines. Earlier in Shane's career, service as a Ground Radio Communications Technician in the United States Air Force involved critical maintenance and repair of communication equipment. Shane holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, along with an Associate's degree in Electronics Systems Technology.
