Lynn Hepburn

Lynn Hepburn currently serves as the Director of Donor and Volunteer Engagement at the Smithsonian Institution and has worked as a consultant specializing in fund development and communications since May 2019. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief Development Officer at Girls Inc., where Lynn raised $12.7 million in operating revenue and led major gifts and planned giving initiatives. Lynn also directed special events, successfully leading a team to achieve a $2 million annual fundraising goal through large-scale luncheons. Prior roles include event planning at NASDAQ and senior marketing at Fitch, along with earlier experience in corporate and foundation relations at Boston University. Lynn holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Yale University.
