Simon Khano

Simon Khano is an experienced professional in service and experience design, currently serving as Global Enablement Manager at Smokeball since June 2022. Prior to this role, Simon Khano worked as a Senior Service Designer in Enablement and operated as a self-employed Service & Experience Designer, collaborating with various businesses to enhance revenue and customer engagement from April 2021 to December 2022. Simon Khano held the position of Lead Designer at Brands to life® and Raine & Makin, contributing creative direction to branding projects and awareness campaigns. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design from RMIT University and an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from Swinburne University of Technology, Simon Khano has cultivated a strong foundation in design and strategy.
