Yem Choo Lee

Yem Choo Lee is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Ministry of Defence of Singapore and SMRT Corporation Ltd. Currently serving as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at SMRT Corporation Ltd, Yem Choo Lee has previously held significant positions such as Commander of Personnel Command and Head of Human Resource Shared Services Centre at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Additional roles include Head of Human Resource Transformation Branch and several leadership positions within the Singapore Armed Forces. Yem Choo Lee holds a Master in Human Capital Leadership from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
