Prior to this role, Mona had a significant tenure at KPMG Malaysia from November 2013 to April 2020, serving in various capacities including Relationship & Engagement Lead, focusing on employer branding and stakeholder management, along with positions in talent acquisition and business development. Earlier experience includes a sales and marketing role at Technomacy, emphasizing outdoor advertising. Mona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in International Business from Multimedia University.
