Tara Sweet has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the HOA Staff Accountant at Smugglers' Notch Resort since January 2019. Key responsibilities include processing journal entries, overseeing financials, managing accounts receivable, and providing customer service to owners and board members. Prior to this role, Tara worked as an Accounts Payable Rep II at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., and held various accounting positions at Vermont State Colleges System and Howard Center, where significant contributions included implementing electronic expense management systems and training staff. Tara began a career in finance as a Sales Associate/Bookkeeper at Staples, Inc. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and an Associate's degree in Education from Champlain College.
