Michelle's extensive experience in various leadership roles includes management of personnel at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization, and National Security Agency, culminating in over two decades of service with the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Services from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.
