Marc Lederman

Marc Lederman is a co-founder and general partner of NewSpring Capital, a leading provider of private equity capital focused primarily in the Mid­-Atlantic region. He currently sits on the boards of 3Pillar Global, EnterpriseDB, Exegy, Intersection, VelociData and VidSys. Marc is an active member of the Mid-­Atlantic region’s private equity and venture capital community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance of Capital and Technology and is a national judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Marc was selected as a 40 Under 40 business leader, voted on by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2005 and one of Philadelphia's Outstanding Directors in 2014. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. His first hourly job was as a stock boy at his local grocery store.
