Charles Shah

Charles Shah is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Snapdocs since September 2020, Charles oversees five teams and manages over 15 engineers. Previous roles include AllThingsTech, where Charles built a marketplace product from idea to launch, and Principal Software Engineer at Elastica, acquired by Symantec, where responsibilities included leading the development of the SaaS CloudSOC product and transitioning code bases to newer technologies. Charles also held key positions at Yahoo!, Sony Electronics, and Kanoodle, demonstrating a strong background in developing high-impact applications and enhancing user experiences. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
