Ricky Wang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Snappy since May 2016. Prior to this, Ricky worked at Ericsson as a Product Director from October 2012 to May 2016, where they were responsible for driving the product evolution of Ericsson Order Care and Order Care suites. Ricky collaborated with 18 product and R&D teams across 7 countries and managed a multi-billion R&D budget. Before Ericsson, Ricky worked at ConceptWave (now part of Ericsson) from September 2006 to October 2012, where they started as a product developer and eventually became the Director of Application Development. In this role, they managed and drove the development of CRM, Analytics, and Order Fulfillment product portfolio, and also conducted product POC in the pre-sales phase.
Ricky Wang attended the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
