Antoine De Rocquigny

Antoine de Rocquigny is a graduate of Haute École de Commerce, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and École Nationale d’Administration, and began his career in 1999 in the Budget division of the French Finance Ministry. He joined SNCF in 2003 as head of strategy for TER and went on to serve as Deputy Director of TER’s Nord-Pas de Calais region, as Director of the Picardy region, and later as Chief of Staff to SNCF’s Chairman. After working as Deputy Chief of Staff to France’s Budget Minister, he joined SNCF Voyages in 2013, first as Director of Operations and Customer Service, and later as Director of Finance, Strategy and Legal Affairs.
