Cathy Barnetche has extensive experience in operational excellence, quality management, and continuous improvement at SNCF, where employment began in November 1999. Roles include Référente Excellence Opérationnelle - Lean Six Sigma and Responsable Pôle Qualité et Amélioration Continue, overseeing audits and improvements.
