Jerome Piechowiak

Jerome Piechowiak has extensive experience in technical management and maintenance within the real estate and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Responsable du Département Gestion Technique at SNCF Immobilier since July 2015 and the Responsable du Pôle Entretien et Maintenance Immobiliers at SNCF since May 2012. Prior roles include leading national maintenance at Generale de Sante from September 1999 to May 2012 and serving as Chef National thermique et sécurité at Groupe Qualiconsult from January 1997 to September 1999. Jerome's career began at Bureau Veritas as an Ingénieur sécurité from September 1992 to 1995. Academic credentials include a Mastere from Ecole Centrale Paris (2004-2006), a DESS in Gestion Technique Immobilier (1995-1996), and various degrees in thermal engineering and industrial maintenance from Jussieu Paris and Université Valenciennes.
