Pascal Guillon

Pascal Guillon is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance for Transilien at SNCF since April 2022. Prior roles include QA Manager at WeFiiT and Responsible System Team at Orange, where Pascal implemented testing strategies within agile frameworks and led a team to ensure quality delivery. Pascal has also worked as QA Manager for OuiGO Spain, managing both the build and run phases of IT projects, and as QA Test Lead for SNCF TER, overseeing digital tool validation. With a background in qualitative and quantitative studies from positions at La Voix du Client and BVA, along with early experience in retail and marketing, Pascal holds advanced degrees in management and marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and has specialized training in software quality.
