Andrew Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Andrew most recently served as the Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Snowbird, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of The Lift Boise from June 2022. Andrew also held the position of Food and Beverage Director at VICTORY RANCH CLUB from October 2019 to October 2022, and at Solitude Resort Lodging from May 2015 to October 2019. Andrew has extensive experience at Deer Valley Resort, where they worked as the Executive Chef at Empire Canyon Lodge from December 2001 to May 2015, and as a Sous Chef from November 1998 to May 2002. Andrew began their career as a Culinary Extern at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort from October 1997 to March 1998.
