Cameron Rettke

Cameron Rettke is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and reliability within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Plant Engineering at Snowy Hydro Limited since October 2017, Cameron excels in leading and developing engineering teams, conducting defect investigations, and implementing technical solutions to enhance plant efficiency. Prior to this role, Cameron held positions such as Area Asset Coordinator at Queensland Alumina Limited, where responsibilities included coordinating maintenance for large operational assets, and various engineering roles at Rio Tinto, including Project Engineer and Reliability Engineer, focusing on capital projects and complex problem-solving using Root Cause Analysis. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
