Mark Reid has extensive experience in the energy trading sector, currently serving as the Manager of Derivative Markets at Snowy Hydro Limited since October 2014, with previous roles including Senior Energy Trader, Energy Trader, and Energy Spot Trader. Prior experience includes positions at Macquarie Generation as an Energy Trader/Analyst and as a Real-time Power Trader at both RWE Supply & Trading and Essent Energy Trading. Mark also worked as a Power & Gas Shift Trader at InterGen and held analyst and intern roles at Baillie Gifford and Marsh. Mark's educational background includes a Master of Arts with Honours in Economics with Business Economics from the University of Glasgow and a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad de Granada. Additional studies were undertaken at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Spanish language school in Spain.
