Mesfin Tadesse

Mesfin Tadesse currently serves as the Cluster Director for Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Eritrea at The Fred Hollows Foundation since May 2021, providing strategic leadership for program design, operations, human resources, funding, and finance. Concurrently, Mesfin holds the position of Deputy Country Director at SNV Ethiopia, which has been ongoing since August 2015. Previous roles include Operations Director at Oxfam GB from October 2010 to August 2015, where Mesfin oversaw significant projects and business operations, and HR & Administration Director at Save the Children UK from October 2005 to October 2010. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role as Sr. HR Officer at SNV. Mesfin holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Addis Ababa University.
