Austin also served as a Sr. Director at VMware and EMC, contributing to their strategies and operations. Before transitioning to the business sector, Austin worked as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, a top management consulting firm. Austin's earlier experience includes roles as an Associate in Investment Banking at First Albany Capital and as a Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Austin holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Economics from Georgetown University.
