Paulina Zgorzelska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk, compliance, and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Risk, Compliance & Trust at Snyk since July 2024, Paulina previously held the position of Senior Director of Risk and Compliance at HubSpot from October 2012 to April 2023, where Paulina was the first technology risk and compliance hire and developed the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function. Prior to HubSpot, Paulina managed technology risk programs at Fidelity Investments from 2004 to 2012, where significant projects included enterprise information security initiatives and ISO27001 certification. Earlier roles included Director of Client Services at InterOps Management Solutions and Senior Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Paulina holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
