Alex joined SOA People group through the acquisition of Perfect for People NL where he was active as practice manager in the SCM and FICO domain. After more than 9 years leading the delivery organisation in the Netherlands, Alex joined the SOA People executive board and now leads the European delivery organisation of the SOA People group.
With a Master's Degree in Social & Organisational Psychology from Leiden University, specialising in Change Management, Alex started his career as a business consultancy trainee at Arthur Andersen. Via one of Andersen's consultancy spin-offs, he made the switch to the SAP consultancy world. He started as a junior SAP logistics consultant on a European SAP template roll-out for a large Japanese audio and entertainment company. Alex grew from business consultant and SAP trainee to principal logistics consultant, project manager, to global SAP template manager in multiple global roll-outs for Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Through the international projects, he worked on all continents of the world which gave him a very broad background in complex business environments where the cultural differences were also part of Alex's daily project work and gave an extra learning dimension.
