Nick Petroff began their work experience in 2003 as a Senior Technical Writer at Thomson Reuters, where they worked until December 2018. In December 2018, they joined BigBear.ai as a Product Manager, a role they held until February 2023. In March 2023, they started working at Soar Technology, Inc. as a Program Manager.
Nick Petroff completed their undergraduate education at Eastern Michigan University, where they studied Technical Communications from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2023 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
