Hamesri Sundary Sasiwaran is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience at SOCASH PTE LTD since August 2019, Hamesri previously held the position of Country Manager at United Networks (ULG) from September 2014 to June 2019, and Team Manager at UOB from August 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included team management and training in credit card operations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Executive at Prudential Services Asia from February 2008 to April 2011, focusing on complaint resolution and customer inquiries in the insurance sector. Hamesri holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of London and completed STPM in Business Administration and Management at S.M.K Seri Garing Rawang.
