Benjamin Ruzafa has a diverse background in digital project management, e-commerce, and customer success. Benjamin began their career at Pixmania as a Digital Project Manager and Front-end Developer, where they implemented dedicated shops for specific brands on the website. Benjamin then moved on to L'Occitane en Provence as an International Digital Project Manager and Front-end Developer, coordinating projects for multiple e-commerce websites. Benjamin later worked for X-PRIME as a Digital Project Manager and Front-end Developer for Nespresso France, focusing on business development and website operations. Benjamin also served as a Head of Digital Technologies and E-commerce Manager at HudaBeauty, where they managed e-commerce operations and developed strategies for online marketing. Most recently, Benjamin worked at Sociabble as a Customer Success Technical Architect, eventually becoming the Lead Customer Success Technical Architect. Overall, Benjamin has a strong skill set in digital project management, front-end development, e-commerce marketing, and customer success.
Benjamin Ruzafa completed their education with a Licence CISPM degree in Web from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a DUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations degree from the same university between 2007 and 2009. In 2006-2007, they pursued their studies in the first year of Law at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
