Prior to this role, Cathy operated as a Strategist and Innovation Facilitator for various organizations from November 2019 to October 2021, offering services in strategic communication, market insights, and stakeholder engagement, among others. Additionally, Cathy worked as a Senior Marketing Specialist for Customer Experience Strategy at Embraer from July 2017 to December 2019, where research initiatives were co-led to enhance customer journeys. Earlier experience includes managing projects for the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory, overseeing operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and coordinating marketing efforts at Florida Institute of Technology. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from American University and a BS in Communication and Biology from Florida Institute of Technology.
