Fidy Andrianarivo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Fidy started their career as a Digital Marketing Manager at AGV Sports Group Inc. in 2010. Fidy then worked as a Chargé de Marketing Opérationnel at Société Générale in 2011. At GlobeCast in 2012, they served as a Chargé de Communication Commerciale Monde, where they managed sales challenges and communication projects.

In 2014, Fidy held two positions: Commercial B to B at Hersand Delaisy Kargo and Key Account Manager at SURFEO. In these roles, they focused on business development and sales in the aerospace industry.

From 2017 to 2020, Fidy worked as a Customer Success Manager at Mine de Savoirs, supporting organizations in implementing successful digital learning programs.

Most recently, Fidy Andrianarivo has been with Sociabble since 2020. Fidy started as a Customer Success Manager, helping clients with strategic and operational aspects of their internal communications and employee engagement. Fidy later became a Customer Success Team Lead and is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success - Growth, EMEA.

Throughout their career, Fidy has demonstrated expertise in customer success, project management, business development, and marketing. Fidy has worked across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, and aerospace.

Fidy Andrianarivo obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Marketing, Communication, and Commercial Strategies / Specialization in Brand Management from OMNES Education. Prior to that, Fidy completed a Bachelor's degree in LLCE with a focus on English, Economics, and Management from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Fidy also holds a certification in Change Management from Unow, obtained in the year 2020.
