Sophie Hurstel has a diverse work experience in various companies. Sophie began their career at Groupe CONDATE, where they completed an internship in corporate real estate, where they developed a database, generated communication documents, and assisted with website creation. Sophie then joined Association le Flâneur, where they worked as an active member in the Redaction division, conducting research, writing articles, and organizing public events. Sophie moved on to Idea Imaji, where they worked as a digital strategist and associate, conducting market analysis, strategic planning, and participating in video shoots. At Brainsonic, they served as a recruiter and talent manager, handling talent acquisition and management. Currently, Sophie holds the position of Head of People at Sociabble, overseeing HR administration, recruitment, talent management, employee communications, and ESG. Sophie also led the HR team and served as the HR Development Manager at Sociabble.

Sophie Hurstel completed a Baccalauréat in Scientific studies at lycée grandmont Tours in 2013. Sophie then pursued a classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce at Montaigne, Bordeaux for two years from 2013 to 2015. Sophie furthered their education at Rennes School of Business from 2018 to 2019, completing a Master of Science double degree in International Strategic Human Resources Management.
