Mohib Al-Hakimi has a wide range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Mohib is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at the Social Fund for Development where they are responsible for developing and implementing an effective HR strategy. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Management & Institutional Development Trainer and Consultant.
Mohib also has experience as the Head of Human Resources Team at GGI | Global Alliance and as the HR Director and HR Director Assistant at Tadhamon Bank, where they were responsible for developing HR strategies, leading HR projects, and supervising HR activities in sister companies.
Earlier in their career, Mohib worked at United Insurance Company as the Head of Strategic Planning and the HR Head Section, where they oversaw strategic planning activities and managed HR and admin functions. Mohib also worked as an HR Development & Training Specialist.
Before that, they worked at Shihab Insurance and Trading Agencies as an HR Specialist, where they managed training and development activities and conducted recruitment processes.
Mohib Al-Hakimi has a diverse education background with several degrees and certifications. Mohib obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences. Their field of study for the MBA was Business Administration.
In 2010, Mohib Al-Hakimi completed a diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) from Carolina International University – Training Center.
For their undergraduate education, Mohib Al-Hakimi attended Sana'a University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a B.C Degree, specializing in French Language.
In addition to their degrees, Mohib Al-Hakimi has also earned several certifications. Mohib holds a certification in OD in Practice, Advance Level from HRCI, obtained in April 2021. Mohib is also a Certified KPI Professional (CKPIP) from KPI MEGA LIBRARY, certified in January 2021. Mohib Al-Hakimi has completed various courses in areas such as Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making, Effective Listening, and Executive Coaching, through LinkedIn, all obtained in January 2021. Mohib has also achieved certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) - Total Rewards System from Career Invokers in December 2020. Additionally, they are a Certified HR Analyst (CHRA) from HRCI, obtained in August 2020. Mohib Al-Hakimi further expanded their expertise in Gamification through a course offered by Edraak (إدراك) in October 2018, and completed a Hay Group Job Evaluation program through Korn Ferry in January 2018.

Social Fund for Development
The Social Fund for Development (SFD) is a non profit organization working in Yemen. It was established by Law No. 10 of 1997 to contribute to achieve, and align its programs with, goals of the national social and economic development plans for poverty reduction (DPPRs). It has implemented three phases of operations and by, 2011, commenced phase IV.SFD supports development opportunities through improving access to basic services, enhancing economic opportunities and reducing the vulnerability of the poor as well as building capacities at national levels including local authorities and community structures. To reach these objectives, SFD applies the best international and local practices and policies and piloted approaches to share its experiences with all other development players.
