Aditya G. is currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Centre for Social Innovation since August 2023, focusing on community event operations and enhancing client onboarding. Previously, Aditya worked as a Project Lead at Envirotech Office Systems, managing client relationships and overseeing project management while leading a small team. As a Program Manager at Isempower, Aditya successfully increased applicant conversion rates and onboarded students through effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration. Earlier experience includes a role as a Digital Project Manager at GenY Medium, where Aditya implemented brand strategies, significantly boosting website traffic, and managed budget-related tasks. Aditya also served as a Business Development Consultant at VAYUZ Technologies, driving product sales and developing strategic partnerships.
