Shirley Jefferson

Shirley Jefferson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the Social Security Administration since June 2014. With a proven track record in developing hiring strategies and policies to support critical IT functions, Shirley has played a pivotal role in recruiting for a variety of specialized positions, including cybersecurity and IT project management roles.
