Delante Moultrie possesses extensive experience in technical support and sales management. At MMTSI since September 2018, Delante serves as a T1/T2 Help Desk Analyst, focusing on first call resolutions and logging user inquiries through BMC Remedy. Concurrently, Delante has held the role of Proprietary Systems Specialist at CACI International Inc since March 2018, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements while managing initial assessments and resolutions. Additionally, Delante has contributed as an Inside Sales Manager at Social Solutions since August 2015 and previously served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager at Mosaic Sales Solutions from February 2011 to May 2012.
